Summer Range Events is a boutique wedding and event planning company based in Healdsburg, California, serving celebrations throughout Sonoma and Napa counties.
I believe the most memorable events are the ones that feel personal - thoughtfully designed around the people being celebrated, the experience they want to create, and the place that brings it all together. Our approach combines intentional design, meticulous planning, and a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and relaxed elegance of Northern California.
The name Summer Range was inspired by the way animals are drawn to these beautiful landscapes each season. In that same spirit, I create celebrations that invite guests in and allow them to feel connected - to the setting, to one another, and to the story unfolding around them.
From the first conversation to the final moments of your event, I work closely with you to bring every detail together in a way that feels cohesive, meaningful, and entirely your own. My goal is to make the planning process feel supported and enjoyable so that, when the day arrives, you can be fully present for all of it.

Hi, I’m Taylor - the owner and lead planner behind Summer Range Events.
I’ve spent more than a decade working in the event industry, but my love for bringing people together started long before it became my career. Originally from San Diego, I made my way north and began planning events at a boutique winery in Healdsburg. From intimate wine tastings to large-scale celebrations, those early years taught me how much thought, care, and behind-the-scenes coordination go into creating an experience that feels completely effortless.
I later transitioned into planning elevated weddings with a local planning company, where I fell in love with the personal side of the process: getting to know each couple, understanding what matters most to them, and turning all of their ideas into a celebration that feels distinctly their own.
Today, through Summer Range Events, I bring that experience, creativity, and attention to detail to every wedding and event I plan. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that planning should feel exciting - not overwhelming. I’m here to keep the process organized, anticipate the details you may not know to think about, and make sure you’re able to be fully present for the moments that matter most.
When I’m not planning events, you can usually find me chasing after my son, exploring Healdsburg’s food and wine scene with my husband, or heading to Truckee for a weekend with our family and our very loved (and very spoiled) lab.
